正面描述	Black letterpress text on a vivid red guilloche underprint, with a central oval vignette bearing the denomination '10 Pfennig' flanked by numeral '10' on each side, all set within a decorative border of fine ornamental scrollwork. The heading reads 'Inspektion der Kriegsgefangenenlager im Bereich des III. Armeekorps' at the top, with the signatures of the Inspekteur (Waldhausen) and Adjutant printed at lower left and right respectively, dated Berlin, 1 October 1917. A serial number and two lines of restrictive text regarding invalid notes appear at the bottom margin.
