| Obverse description | A dotted inner border encircles the central field, within which the monogram G.G.F. is displayed in large, ornate incuse letters set between two horizontal parallel lines. Elaborate foliate and scrollwork ornaments occupy the spaces above and below the horizontal lines, lending the design a decorative, typographic character. A round hole, approximately 4 mm in diameter, pierces the field to the right of the monogram. The overall design is plain and functional, consistent with German Notgeld emergency coinage of the World War I era. |

| Reverse description | The denomination is presented across the plain field in two elements: the legend WERT arching along the upper portion of the coin, and PFENNIG curving along the lower portion, with the large numeral 10 prominently displayed in the central field. A round hole, approximately 4 mm in diameter, is struck through the left side of the field. The design is utilitarian in character, with no additional ornamentation, typical of German emergency coinage (Notgeld) of the wartime period. |
