| 正面描述 | The entire field is occupied by a multi-line inscription in raised Latin capital letters, reading across the face: UNTER GEWÄHR / DER / KREISE / BONN-STADT / BONN-LAND / UND DES / SIEGKREISES, with the date 1917 positioned in the lower exergual area. The legend, attesting to the joint guarantee of the districts of Bonn-Stadt, Bonn-Land, and Siegkreis, fills the coin's surface in a bold, utilitarian typographic arrangement. A continuous pearl border runs along the inner rim, framing the inscriptions. |

| 背面描述 | The central field displays the large numeral '10' above the denomination legend PFENNIG, with the date 1917 inscribed below in the lower field. Two symmetrical oak branches, rendered in low relief with characteristic lobed leaves and acorns, flank the denomination on either side, rising from the base and curving inward to frame the inscription. A continuous pearl border encircles the entire design along the inner rim, consistent with the wartime Notgeld aesthetic. |

Bonn-Siegkreis was one of hundreds of German administrative districts that turned to locally issued Kriegsgeld in 1917 as the imperial government's metals requisitioning stripped copper and nickel from circulation entirely. Zinc was the fallback — abundant enough, but poorly suited to striking clean coins, which is why so many examples from this issue show weak definition at the rims regardless of actual wear. The dual-district attribution is uncommon for notgeld of this type; most issues came from a single municipality.
