The shield bears two crossed pickaxes or hatchets on a textured ground, rendered in relief. Above the shield, a small decorative element surmounts the top of the escutcheon. The flat field surrounding the arms is plain, with no legend or additional inscription. The overall design is austere and functional, consistent with World War I-era Notgeld coinage. |
