| Obverse description | Yellow and red letterpress design with ornate floral guilloche borders running vertically along both lateral margins. The central text panel, printed in red Gothic script on a yellow ground, carries the redemption conditions and serial number, with the denomination numeral '10' repeated in red at each corner. Five manuscript signatures of municipal officials appear below the serial number, above the place and date inscription 'Lage, im Febr. 1921 der Magistrat'.
