A central tonal vignette in blue and black presents a panoramic view of Bitterfeld's church tower above a treeline, framed by the date JUNI 1921, while the issuer name BITTERFELD appears in large decorative Gothic lettering across the lower third. Redemption text and authorization inscription occupy the lower panel, above two manuscript signatures of municipal officials attributed to Der Magistrat, with the designer's mark H. SCHIEBEL 21 at lower right. |
