正面描述 Green and black letterpress notgeld on plain paper with a continuous wave-pattern guilloche border. The title inscription in Gothic blackletter runs across the top, flanked by the numeral '10' in large bold type within circular cartouches on either side of a central vignette showing the three-towered fortified gate of the Dinslaken city arms. The denomination in Gothic script 'Zehn Pfennig' fills the lower half, with the issue date and the manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister set beneath.

备注

Dinslaken's 1920 Kleingeldscheine were products of the acute small-change shortage that gripped German municipalities following the First World War. Metal coinage had largely vanished from circulation — hoarded, melted, or simply not minted in sufficient quantity — forcing hundreds of cities and towns to commission their own fractional emergency notes. Gebr. Parcus in Munich was among the busiest suppliers of these municipal issues, printing for dozens of Westphalian and Rhenish communities simultaneously.

Parcus issues from this period are generally well-executed for what was essentially utilitarian emergency printing, with tighter registration than many competing houses.
