Obverse description	Grey underprint with ornamental perimeter border framing the entire face. The Andorra coat of arms appears at upper centre, flanked by Catalan-language text in blue letterpress. All inscriptions and the arms are rendered against the grey background, giving the note a spare, utilitarian appearance consistent with its emergency issue character.
Obverse lettering	CONSELL GENERAL DE LES VALLS D`ANDORRA VAL PER DEU PESSETES EMISSIÓ ACORDADA PEL MOLT IL·LUSTRE CONSELL GENERAL EN DATA 19 DESEMBRE 1936 (Translation: General Council of the Valleys of Andorra Valid for Ten Pesetas Issue agreed by the very illustrious General Council on December 19, 1936)
Reverse description	Plain white ground bearing the full text of Decree No. 112 in blue letterpress Catalan, set in six numbered articles arranged in justified columns. The issuing place and date appear centred below the decree text, with the serial number printed in a separate panel at foot.
