The date "Chihuahua, 10 de Diciembre 1913" and the printed authority of Provisional Governor General Francisco Villa are placed below, with two manuscript signatures occupying the lower portion; red serial numbers and series letter are printed in the upper margin, and a repetitive ornamental guilloche border frames the entire note. |
