The eight-year print run spanning 1953–1961 reflects ongoing demand rather than a single discrete issue, and date variants within the series carry meaningfully different circulation histories.
De La Rue's intaglio work on Colombian notes of this period is among the finer output from their London presses — worth examining under magnification.
