An oval landscape vignette at upper centre presents a river valley scene with tall trees and distant mountains, flanked to the left by an oval portrait vignette of a classically draped young woman with a floral wreath in her hair. The denomination numeral "10" occupies ornate guilloche cartouches at upper left, lower left, lower right, and right centre, while the central text area carries the series and serial number above the denomination legend, with a manuscript date and two signature lines for Gerente and Presidente. |

The reverse is printed in a tricolour arrangement — green at left, blue-grey at centre, and rose-red at right — each panel enclosed within fine guilloche lace borders. Each panel bears an oval portrait vignette of a classically draped female head in profile, with the denomination numeral "10" repeated in guilloche cartouches at all corners and at the centre of the middle panel.
