Beschrijving voorzijde	Intaglio portrait of General Manuel Belgrano at right, rendered in brown tones, with a central guilloche underprint in teal and a floral laurel branch vignette running vertically through the middle of the note. A small equestrian vignette and a figure of a drummer appear in the underprint field to the left of the portrait. The denomination numeral "10" is printed in large brown letterpress at centre-left, accompanied by a green latent-image rosette with the numeral "10" at lower left. The "May Sun" device appears at upper left.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse carries a multicolour historical vignette illustrating the creation of the Argentine flag on 27 February 1812 along the Paraná River, with General Manuel Belgrano and Juana Azurduy de Padilla on horseback, swords raised toward the newly unfurled flag. The scene is set against an architectural and landscape background rendered in blue and brown tones, with guilloche border work framing the composition.
