P#360 belongs to the "Próceres y Monumentos" series, which the BCRA began phasing out almost immediately after introduction — the Macri administration's 2017 decision to replace the entire fauna-themed redesign with historical figures rendered most of this series short-lived in production terms. The 10 Peso denomination was particularly short-lived as a useful transactional note; by 2016 inflation had already eroded its purchasing power to near irrelevance, and it was withdrawn from circulation in 2020.
Casa de Moneda's security package on this series was notably modest relative to contemporary regional issues — watermark and thread only, with no color-shifting ink.
