| 正面描述 | The obverse presents a cheque-style layout on white paper with green printed elements. At upper left, the denomination '10 DIEZ PESOS' is printed vertically in bold green numerals and text, while the upper centre carries the heading 'PROVINCIA DE CORRIENTES' in serif capitals followed by the full title 'CERTIFICADOS DE CANCELACIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LA PROVINCIA DE CORRIENTES — CECACOR'. To the right, the Argentine national coat of arms is rendered as a vignette. Issue date (FECHA DE EMISION: 15/07/2001), maturity date (VENCIMIENTO: 15/08/2002), series designation 'SERIE C SEGUNDA EMISION', and serial number appear in the upper field, with 'AL PORTADOR' and the authorising decree reference 'DECRETO - LEY N° 1/99' printed in the lower register alongside two signature lines for the Ministro de Hacienda y Finanzas and the Interventor Federal de la Provincia de Corrientes. |

| 备注 |
Corrientes issued its own quasi-currency during the prolonged Argentine fiscal crisis, when the provincial government was effectively cut off from federal transfers and unable to meet public sector payroll obligations. These notes — formally called "Letras de Cancelación de Deudas del Tesoro" in the broader provincial scrip wave, though Corrientes had its own specific instruments — circulated alongside federal pesos at parity by local convention rather than legal mandate.
The PS# designation without a catalog number reflects how poorly documented the 2001 provincial emergency issues remain. Several Argentine provinces struck similar arrangements that year; Corrientes was among the most financially distressed, having already been under federal intervention.
