正面描述 The obverse bears the heading PROVINCIA DE CÓRDOBA / REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA at top, with the large numeral 10 at left and right. Central text identifies the instrument as LETRAS DE CANCELACIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES PROVINCIALES DE CÓRDOBA (LECOPCÓRDOBA), with the inscription AL PORTADOR and denomination DIEZ PESOS VALOR NOMINAL. Two facsimile signatures appear at left, with titles Ministerio de Finanzas and Secretaría de Administración Financiera. A provincial coat of arms vignette is positioned at lower left, and a serial number appears at lower left and upper right. The maturity date VENCIMIENTO 31 DE OCTUBRE DE 2004 is printed at lower centre. A vignette of a colonnaded building in green underprint occupies the right portion of the note.

背面描述 The reverse is dominated by the bold heading LECOP CÓRDOBA with a reference to Decreto N° 2600/01 beneath it. The body of the note carries four numbered articles in Spanish setting out the legal basis and terms of the instrument, including denomination, interest rate, and amortisation schedule. The large numeral 10 in green appears at far right, accompanied by the provincial coat of arms at lower right. The overall layout is typographic with no pictorial vignette, printed in olive-green tones on plain paper.

备注

Argentina's provinces began issuing their own quasi-currencies — known as "lecops" or, more broadly, bonos de cancelación de deudas — in 2001 as the federal government's convertibility regime collapsed and provincial treasuries ran dry. Córdoba's series was among the earlier provincial emissions, used to pay state employees and suppliers who had little choice but to accept them. Acceptance by private retailers was uneven and often grudging.

The PS# designation without a catalog number reflects how poorly documented many of these emergency provincial notes remain — the literature still hasn't caught up with the sheer volume of 2001–2002 emissions.
