| Obverse description | The obverse of this certificado de cancelación de obligaciones (CECOR) is printed in red on white paper with a fine guilloche underprint border. The upper portion carries the inscription PROVINCIA DE CORDOBA with SERIE B and a serial number at top right; the central text reads CERTIFICADOS DE CANCELACION DE OBLIGACIONES DE LA PROVINCIA DE CORDOBA, followed by the legal reference LEY 8472 (MOD. POR LEY 8482) and AL PORTADOR. The large numeral 10 and the legend DIEZ PESOS appear centrally, with emission and maturity dates and coupon details at lower right; two manuscript signatures of the Ministro de Hacienda, Vivienda, Obras y Servicios Públicos and the Gobernador appear at lower left. POR LEY 8482) Artículo 4°: Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo a emitir certificados de cancelación de obligaciones hasta la suma total de ochocientos millones de pesos ($800.000.000). Los certificados se denominarán "Certificados de Cancelación de Obligaciones de la Provincia de Córdoba" en adelante CECOR. Artículo 8°: Los CECOR, en un año o más desde la fecha de emisión... Artículo 9°: El pago efectuado al acreedor mediante los CECOR importará la extinción irrevocable de los créditos por los que se efectúa el mismo. Artículo 12: El Poder Ejecutivo podrá rescatar anticipadamente la totalidad o parte de los CECOR que se encuentren en circulación... Artículo 17 (Ley 8483): Los CECOR podrán ser utilizados por sus tenedores para la cancelación de obligaciones que el tenedor tuviera vencidas con el Estado Provincial, Entidades Autárquicas, Empresas, Sociedades y Bancos del Estado Provincial. |
