POR LEY 8482) Artículo 4°: Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo a emitir certificados de cancelación de obligaciones hasta la suma total de ochocientos millones de pesos ($800.000.000). Los certificados se denominarán "Certificados de Cancelación de Obligaciones de la Provincia de Córdoba" en adelante CECOR. Artículo 8°: Los CECOR, en un año o más desde la fecha de emisión... Artículo 9°: El pago efectuado al acreedor mediante los CECOR importará la extinción irrevocable de los créditos por los que se efectúa el mismo. Artículo 12: El Poder Ejecutivo podrá rescatar anticipadamente la totalidad o parte de los CECOR que se encuentren en circulación...
