| Obverse description | Portrait vignette of President Manuel Quezon at left, with his name inscribed beneath in a label. A large ornamental banner scroll carries the issuer title across the upper centre, with the denomination in bold letterpress at centre. A circular red official seal dated "City of Bacolod, Jan. 26, 1942" is applied at right, and three manuscript signatures appear at the bottom, corresponding to the Provincial Fiscal, Provincial Treasurer, and Acting Provincial Auditor.
