Beschrijving voorzijde	Plain light-coloured paper note with a guilloche border frame. The upper portion bears the inscriptions PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK, EMERGENCY CIRCULATING NOTE OF 1941, and SERIES OF 1941, with the denomination rendered as TEN PESOS in bold letterpress at centre and the numeral 10 repeated at the four corners. A red handstamp reading City of Bacolod with date Dec. 1941 appears at lower right, alongside three manuscript signatures of the Negros-Occidental Currency Committee members below the central text.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Plain unadorned reverse printed in brown on light paper, with a simple guilloche border running along all four edges. The denomination TEN PESOS is set in large bold type at the top centre, followed by PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK and EMERGENCY CIRCULATING NOTE in smaller letterpress. The lower portion carries the legend Issued by authority of the President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, with the Roman numeral X and Arabic numeral 10 placed at the respective upper and lower corners.
