Descripción del anverso	Plain light-coloured paper note with a guilloche border frame. The upper portion bears the inscriptions PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK, EMERGENCY CIRCULATING NOTE OF 1941, and SERIES OF 1941, with the denomination rendered as TEN PESOS in bold letterpress at centre and the numeral 10 repeated at the four corners. A red handstamp reading City of Bacolod with date Dec. 1941 appears at lower right, alongside three manuscript signatures of the Negros-Occidental Currency Committee members below the central text.
