Descrição do anverso	The face is printed in black on a light pink guilloche underprint, with the denomination numeral '10' in red at each corner accompanied by 'PESOS' in red italic lettering. The Commonwealth of the Philippines seal is placed at the lower right, and three manuscript signatures of the Iloilo Currency Committee members — Provincial Auditor, Manager of the Philippine National Bank Iloilo (Chairman), and Provincial Fiscal — appear across the lower portion.
