Descrizione del dritto	The face is printed in black on a light pink guilloche underprint, with the denomination numeral '10' in red at each corner accompanied by 'PESOS' in red italic lettering. The issuer's name arches across the upper centre in bold letterpress, below which the promise-to-pay legend and denomination 'TEN PESOS' appear in large display type at centre. The Commonwealth of the Philippines seal is placed at the lower right, and three manuscript signatures of the Iloilo Currency Committee members — Provincial Auditor, Manager of the Philippine National Bank Iloilo (Chairman), and Provincial Fiscal — appear across the lower portion.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse is printed entirely in black on a solid red-pink wavy-line guilloche ground, with no vignette. The roman numeral 'X' appears in large bold type at each lateral extremity, and the denomination 'Ten Pesos' in script is repeated at the left and right centre. The issuing authority, place of issue, and date are set in bold letterpress across the upper and middle fields, with 'TEN PESOS' and 'EMERGENCY CIRCULATING NOTE' printed diagonally at lower centre, and the numeral '10' in black at the lower corners.
