Two large symmetrical ornamental panels filled with lathe-work rosette designs flank the central vignette, with circular numeral 10 counters at left, right, and top. A rectangular panel along the lower margin carries the inscription ESTADO SOBERANO DEL CAUCA, with the American Bank Note Co. New York imprint below. |
