Large numeral '10' vignettes appear in each corner within decorative frames, with the central text block carrying the title 'ANWEISUNG auf ZEHN PERPER' in bold Gothic lettering, followed by a detailed German-language legal text referencing the K.u.K. Militärverwaltung in Montenegro and specifying the equivalent value of 'FÜNF MÜNZPERPER oder FÜNF KRONEN'. The note is dated 'Cetinje, am 1. Juni 1917' at lower left, with the manuscript signature of the k.u.k. Militär-General-Gouverneur at lower right and a serial number at upper right. |
