附加信息	This denomination was effectively obsolete before the series even concluded. Inflation through the 1980s eroded the 10 paise's purchasing power to near nothing — by the early 1990s it could not buy a single matchstick in most Indian markets. The Reserve Bank of India formally demonetized all sub-25 paise coins in June 2011, but in practice these had vanished from active commerce long before that date.
