Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field bears the state emblem of the Mongolian People's Republic as adopted in 1941, depicting a mounted horseman galloping leftward before radiating sunbeams, enclosed within a circular frame flanked by roundels containing livestock heads symbolic of the national economy. The emblem is surmounted by a soyombo symbol and surrounded by a decorative border. The Cyrillic legend encircles the design along the periphery, with the year of the republic's anniversary '35ОН' appearing at the base of the emblem.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The large numeral '10' dominates the central field, with the Cyrillic denomination 'МӨНГӨ' inscribed immediately below. The numeral and inscription are framed by a stylized open wreath of interlinked decorative foliage curving upward from the base on both sides, tied at the bottom with a small ornamental knot. The entire design is enclosed within a toothed or reeded inner border consistent with the obverse.
