正面描述	Olive-green letterpress note with a decorative draped curtain vignette at the top centre, within which is set a diamond-shaped medallion bearing the city arms of Ulm. The issuer title 'Stadt Ulm a.d.D.' appears in Gothic script along the upper border, flanked by laurel wreath underprint panels enclosing the denomination numerals '10 Mark' at lower left and right. The lower portion carries the issue date, three signature lines for the Oberbürgermeister, Bürgerausschußobmann, and Stadtpfleger, along with validity text noting expiry on 1 February 1919. The printer's imprint 'Dr K. Höhn, Ulm a/D' appears at the foot of the note.

背面描述	The reverse is dominated by a panoramic engraved vignette of the Ulm city skyline as seen from across the Danube, with the spire of Ulm Minster rising above the rooftops amid trees framing the scene on both sides. A circular red control stamp of the Stadtgemeinde Ulm a. Donau is applied at the left, while the city's heraldic shield bearing an eagle is reproduced at the lower right. The denomination panel at the lower centre carries the text 'Zehn Mark Gutschein der Stadt Ulm a.d.D.' in Gothic script above the printed serial number in red.
