The lower portion carries the issue date, three signature lines for the Oberbürgermeister, Bürgerausschußobmann, and Stadtpfleger, along with validity text noting expiry on 1 February 1919. The printer's imprint 'Dr K. Höhn, Ulm a/D' appears at the foot of the note. |
