| Opis awersu | The toughra of Sultan Mehmed VI is centrally placed at the top within an oval cartouche, flanked by the serial number repeated on both sides. The central field is dominated by Ottoman calligraphic inscriptions arranged in horizontal bands, including the denomination and date, framed by an elaborate geometric and floral guilloche border incorporating six-pointed star motifs at either side. The denomination numeral '10' appears in large format at the lower left and lower right corners, with two circular calligraphic medallions flanking a manuscript-style signature at the lower centre. |

| Opis rewersu | The reverse is printed primarily in brown tones on an intricate arabesque underprint of scrolling floral motifs. A large central text panel in Ottoman calligraphic script occupies the majority of the face, surrounded by a rectangular guilloche border with star ornaments at the corners. Two circular dark calligraphic medallions are positioned at the left and right centre, and a rectangular overprint reading 'DELOIEME EMISSION' appears at the lower left; the denomination '10' is repeated in both Arabic and Western numerals at the lower corners. |
