| Obverse description | The toughra of Sultan Mehmed VI is centrally placed at the top within an oval cartouche, flanked by the serial number repeated on both sides. The central field is dominated by Ottoman calligraphic inscriptions arranged in horizontal bands, including the denomination and date, framed by an elaborate geometric and floral guilloche border incorporating six-pointed star motifs at either side. The denomination numeral '10' appears in large format at the lower left and lower right corners, with two circular calligraphic medallions flanking a manuscript-style signature at the lower centre. |
