Beschrijving voorzijde	Allegorical seated figure of Justice, depicted as a draped female facing three-quarters right, wearing a pearl necklace and elaborately coiffed hair. She holds an upright sword in her left hand and a royal crown in her right, symbolizing authority and law. The date 1931 appears to the left of the figure, with the word PROVA (pattern) inscribed to the right in the field. The circular legend IVSTITIA SUPREMA LEX ESTO runs around the periphery, interrupted at the base. The composition is rendered in a refined Renaissance-inspired artistic style characteristic of Italian medallic engraving of the period.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Central shield bearing the arms of San Marino: three stylized rocky peaks (the Three Towers of Monte Titano) each surmounted by an ostrich-feather plume, set against a horizontally lined field. The shield is topped by a mural crown and flanked below by a scroll or fasces element. The denomination L. 10 appears to the lower right of the shield within the field. The circular legend REPVBBLICA DI S. MARINO runs around the periphery. The engraver's signature E. SAROLDI R. and mint mark appear at the base of the reverse.
