The reverse reproduces the original Austro-Hungarian Bank design with the Hungarian-language denomination 'TIZ KORONA' in bold letterpress at centre left, surrounded by intricate guilloche work in violet. A circular portrait vignette at right presents a young woman in three-quarter view, her hair adorned with a white bow, rendered in fine intaglio engraving. The serial number and 'SZAM' notation appear at upper left, with the issuing bank name 'OSZTRAK-MAGYAR BANK' and date 'BÉCS 1904 JANUAR 2' inscribed above the denomination. |
