The note retains its original German-language text 'ZEHN KRONEN' in bold letterpress across the centre, with guilloche underprint in violet and green tones throughout. Two manuscript signatures of bank officials appear at the lower centre, above which runs the issuing bank inscription. |

The reverse reproduces the original Austro-Hungarian Bank design with the Hungarian-language denomination 'TIZ KORONA' in bold letterpress at centre left, surrounded by intricate guilloche work in violet. A circular portrait vignette at right presents a young woman in three-quarter view, her hair adorned with a white bow, rendered in fine intaglio engraving. The serial number and 'SZAM' notation appear at upper left, with the issuing bank name 'OSZTRAK-MAGYAR BANK' and date 'BÉCS 1904 JANUAR 2' inscribed above the denomination. |
