| Obverse description | Printed in green on a fine guilloche underprint repeating FØROYAR across the entire field. The carved wooden Faroese coat of arms — a ram on a shield — occupies the left vignette, while the large denomination inscription TÍGGJUKRÓNUR is set centrally in bold letterpress. Denomination numerals appear in guilloche rosettes at all four corners, with the serial number in red at lower centre and a second alphanumeric prefix in black at upper right. |
