正面描述 Within a beaded border, a large Imperial Russian double-headed eagle displayed, each head surmounted by a crown and the whole topped by a third imperial crown above. The eagle's wings are spread broadly, with the orb and sceptre held in its talons and the shield of Moscow on its breast. Ten six-pointed stars are arranged in a ring around the eagle in the field, five along the upper arc and five along the lower arc.

附加信息

Elizabeth died in January 1762 before these copper pattern pieces could advance to authorized production, leaving them as unissued trials for a denomination reform that never materialized under her reign. The Novodel designation here is significant — these are later restrike fabrications produced by the St. Petersburg Mint for collectors, a practice the Imperial Russian mint carried out systematically through the 18th and 19th centuries using original or reconstructed dies. The three KM references reflect documented die combinations rather than distinct original issues.

The weight alone places this outside anything intended for casual commerce.
