| 备注 |
Chinese grain ration coupons (liangpiao) were a cornerstone of the planned economy's distribution system, issued at every administrative level from national down to county and district. By 1990, the national ration system was already being dismantled in coastal cities — Shanghai's open-market grain reforms had been advancing since the mid-1980s — which makes a Qingpu district-level stamp this late an administrative outlier. Qingpu was still classified as a county under Shanghai's jurisdiction in 1990, not formally absorbed as a district until 1999.
The 10-kilo denomination is among the larger unit values in local coupon issues, suggesting bulk allocation rather than routine monthly household use.
