Below, the face value 10 / ГРИВЕНЬ is inscribed, flanked by the silver fineness designation Ag 925 and the weight in fine metal 31.1 to the left, and the logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine Banknote Printing and Minting Works to the right. The issue year 2008 appears beneath the national emblem. |

| Описание реверса | The reverse presents a stylized panoramic view of the city of Hlukhiv, with the Kyiv Gate of the historic town fortress prominently rendered in the center. Above the gate, the semicircular inscription ГЕТМАНСЬКА СТОЛИЦЯ (Hetman's Capital) arcs across the upper field, beneath which the coat of arms of Hlukhiv is displayed. Four portrait medallions of notable Hetmans are arranged below the coat of arms, each identified by inscriptions: ІВАН / СКОРОПАДСЬКИЙ, ПАВЛО / ПОЛУБОТОК, ДАНИЛО / АПОСТОЛ, and КИРИЛО / РОЗУМОВСЬКИЙ. At the base of the coin, framed by conventionalized ornamental patterns, the legend ГЛУХІВ (Hlukhiv) is inscribed. |
