| Reverse description | The reverse depicts the Grafska (Count's) Wharf, a celebrated neoclassical landing structure on Sevastopol Bay, prominently rendered in the lower portion of the field. Above it rises a fortification structure representing the city's historic defensive architecture. The inscription СЕВАСТОПОЛЬ curves along the upper field, with the founding year РІК ЗАСНУВАННЯ 1783 inscribed below, commemorating the 225th anniversary of the city's establishment.
