Below, the issuing authority 'Gemeindevorstehing Zell am Moos, Politischer Bezirk Vöcklabruck, Oberösterreich' is given, followed by the manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister and the printer's imprint '"Elbemühl", Wien IX' at the foot. |
