| Obverse description | Brown letterpress note with a decorative rope-style border enclosing the entire face. A rural vignette at right renders a traditional Austrian farmstead with a large chalet-style building set against a mountainous landscape with trees and birds in flight. At left, within a ruled panel, the denomination inscription reads in Gothic blackletter script 'Gutschein über 10 Zehn Heller' with the year '1920' at the foot. The issuer's name 'Ortsgemeinde Zell am Moos' appears in large Gothic script across the top margin. |

| Reverse description | Plain cream paper reverse printed in brown Gothic blackletter script throughout, with no vignette. The text sets out the terms of issue, stating that the Gemeinde Zell am Moos, Oberösterreich, issues vouchers to a total value of 60,000 Kronen, redeemable in legal tender until 31 December 1920, with counterfeiting subject to prosecution and the resolution dated 6 June 1920. Below, the issuing authority 'Gemeindevorstehing Zell am Moos, Politischer Bezirk Vöcklabruck, Oberösterreich' is given, followed by the manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister and the printer's imprint '"Elbemühl", Wien IX' at the foot. |
