正面描述 Orange-red underprint with a central heraldic vignette in dark brown showing a town arms — a crenellated tower within a shield — supported by two standing putti, flanked by symmetrical decorative scrollwork and stylised dragon-like foliage. The denomination '10 HELLER' appears in large numerals at lower left and right, with the issuer legend in three lines centred below the vignette.

备注

Ysper is a small market town in Lower Austria's Strudengau region, and this 10 Heller note is a product of the acute small-change shortage that gripped Austria in the years immediately following the collapse of the Habsburg monarchy. With the new republican government unable to supply adequate coin, hundreds of municipalities — including ones as modest as Ysper — commissioned their own Notgeld from local or regional printers. Siedler in nearby Pöggstall handled this series, keeping production strictly local.

Three signatories authenticated each note: the Bürgermeister, his deputy, and a council representative — an unusually formal arrangement for a village-scale emergency issue.
