| Opis awersu | Printed in dark brown on a pale grey guilloche underprint, the obverse carries the heading 'Vorarlberger Landeskasse' in bold Gothic lettering at top, beneath which 'Gutschein über' introduces the large blackletter denomination legend 'Zehn Heller'. A central text block states the redemption conditions, flanked on either side by oval vignettes bearing the numeral '10', with two manuscript signatures below — one attributed to 'Der Finanzreferent' at left and one to 'Der Landeshauptmann' at right. The date 'Bregenz, am 1. Oktober 1919' and the issuing authority 'Vorarlberger Landesrat' appear at the foot. |

| Opis rewersu | The reverse is printed in pale grey-green and consists entirely of a fine lathe-work guilloche background across the full field, over which the coat of arms of Vorarlberg — a shield bearing vertical bars beneath a crowned arch — is centrally placed as a large vignette. Two oval denomination cartouches inscribed '10 HELLER' with 'VORARLBERGER LANDESKASSE' surround the shield at left and right, while the large numeral '10' flanked by 'Heller' inscriptions occupies the lower portion of the design. |
