A central text block states the redemption conditions, flanked on either side by oval vignettes bearing the numeral '10', with two manuscript signatures below — one attributed to 'Der Finanzreferent' at left and one to 'Der Landeshauptmann' at right. The date 'Bregenz, am 1. Oktober 1919' and the issuing authority 'Vorarlberger Landesrat' appear at the foot. |
