The denomination numeral '10' appears in bold square cartouches at upper left and upper right, and a curved banner at the top reads 'Gutschein der Stadtgemeinde Steyr / Gültig bis 30. Juni 1920'. Below the central vignette, three lines of text affirm the municipality's legal liability to redeem the note, followed by the printed titles and facsimile signatures of the Vizebürgermeister and Bürgermeister. |
