The denomination numeral '10' appears in a wreath cartouche at upper centre, flanked by ribbon banners, with the place name 'Stefanshart' inscribed on a scroll below. A second denomination numeral '10' is set in an oval frame at lower centre, and the entire composition is enclosed within a dotted and dashed decorative border. The printer credit 'Entwurf B. Brina – Druck von J. Rieler Amstetten' is printed in small type at the lower right margin. |
