Obverse description Printed in green on cream paper, the obverse presents a detailed line-art vignette of the Stefanshart parish church (Pfarrkirche) on the left and the clock tower (Uhr-Thurm) on the right, with a tall wayside cross at centre rising between the two structures amid trees. The denomination numeral '10' appears in a wreath cartouche at upper centre, flanked by ribbon banners, with the place name 'Stefanshart' inscribed on a scroll below. A second denomination numeral '10' is set in an oval frame at lower centre, and the entire composition is enclosed within a dotted and dashed decorative border. The printer credit 'Entwurf B. Brina – Druck von J. Rieler Amstetten' is printed in small type at the lower right margin.

The central heading reads 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Stefanshart, Bezirk Amstetten, N.=Ö.' followed by a row of small ornamental dots. Below, a full redemption text in German Gothic script states the municipality's obligation to redeem vouchers of 10, 20, and 50 Heller in lawful currency by 30 December 1920 and warns that counterfeiting is punishable. Three facsimile signatures of municipal officials are printed at the foot of the note.
