The denomination numeral '10' appears in bold Blackletter type on both left and right margins, each accompanied by the word 'Heller' below, flanked by small decorative rectangular vignettes. The centre bears the issuing authority legend in Gothic script followed by a text block citing the municipal committee resolution of 23 May 1920, authorising the issue up to a total of 100,000 Kronen, redeemable at the municipal treasury between 1 and 31 December. The date 'Pennewang, 23. Mai 1920' and the signature of Bürgermeister Josef Humer appear in the lower left and lower right respectively, with a dotted border framing the entire note. |
