The centre bears the issuing authority legend in Gothic script followed by a text block citing the municipal committee resolution of 23 May 1920, authorising the issue up to a total of 100,000 Kronen, redeemable at the municipal treasury between 1 and 31 December. The date 'Pennewang, 23. Mai 1920' and the signature of Bürgermeister Josef Humer appear in the lower left and lower right respectively, with a dotted border framing the entire note. |
