Three facsimile manuscript signatures appear below, above their respective printed titles: DER VICEBÜRGERMEISTER, DER BÜRGERMEISTER, and DER GESCHÄFTSFÜHRENDE GEMEINDERAT.

The issuer title and denomination are repeated at the top in Fraktur script, followed by a full paragraph of legal text in German affirming the commune's guarantee of the obligation with all its movable and immovable assets and specifying the redemption period to 31 December 1920. A final line in larger type warns that counterfeiting is punishable by law, with the printer's imprint 'Buchdruckerei Herzogenburg' at the foot.
