Beschrijving voorzijde	Printed in dark blue on cream paper by letterpress, the obverse carries the title inscription 'Kassenschein der Marktgemeinde Ober-Wölbling' in large decorative script across the top, with the denomination '10 Heller' set within a ruled cartouche to the right and the word 'über' above the numeral. To the left, a circular vignette within an ornate foliate surround presents a view of the Forsthaus Landersdorf, a rural forester's house set among trees, with the caption 'Forsthaus Landersdorf' in italic script beneath. Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is printed in dark blue on cream paper in a plain typeset layout, with the series designation 'Serie 1' in the upper right corner. The issuer title and denomination are repeated at the top in Fraktur script, followed by a full paragraph of legal text in German affirming the commune's guarantee of the obligation with all its movable and immovable assets and specifying the redemption period to 31 December 1920. A final line in larger type warns that counterfeiting is punishable by law, with the printer's imprint 'Buchdruckerei Herzogenburg' at the foot.

Die Gemeinde Ober-Wölbling haftet für diese Verbindlichkeit mit ihrem ganzen beweglichen und unbeweglichen Vermögen. Die Kassenscheine werden von der Gemeinde Ober-Wölbling bis 31.
